One of the most popular sprouts available and one of the easiest to sprout. Mung is easy to add to recipes and is often called for in Asian dishes. It goes perfectly in stir fries, noodles, curries and soups.
Mung is known as the Detox Bean, as it helps the body shed unwanted water retention and flush out toxins, as well as having a high antioxidant content. Rich in phytoestrogens, which boost our health and support the liver.
It has a fresh, earthy taste and is one of our favourites to sprout here at TheGoodLife.co.uk. If you're new to sprouting, we'd recommend starting with Mung beans - you can't go wrong!

How to sprout your seeds: Soak for 6-12 hours before use. Store 18-22oC. Rinse 2 x per day morning and evening. Harvest from 4-5 days. Shelf life 2 years.
